"The Naked Dream"
Each month in 2009, we will award a cash grant to an individual affected by MS seeking to achieve her or his dream. You could be diagnosed with MS yourself, the parent of a child with the disease, the child of a parent with MS, a community worker who assists those with MS… the sky is the limit! All dreams will be considered.

In consideration of acceptance of my submitted story as part of Beaulux Productions, LLC, "The Naked Dream" I hereby grant Beaulux Productions, LLC, and others with Beaulux Productions, LLC's consent, the right to copy, distribute, publish, display and otherwise use the text and any photos for purposes of “The Naked Dream" program or for any advertising or publicity on behalf of the program or similar future programs.
I agree that text and photo may be cropped, edited, electronically manipulated or otherwise altered, and that whether the story is used is entirely for Beaulux Productions, LLC to decide.
I agree to defend, indemnify and save harmless Beaulux Productions, LLC from and against any and all liability, damages, expenses, fees, penalties, actions, causes of action, suits, costs, claims and/or judgments arising from the publication of my story and the receipt of funds associated with the Project.
I agree to reimburse Beaulux Productions, LLC for all damages and expenses (including attorney's fees) they may incur from claims based on their use of my submitted text and/or photo.
I understand and accept that any personal information I submit to Beaulux Productions, LLC will not be shared with any third party without my consent except for purposes of “The Naked Dream” program or for any advertising or publicity on behalf of the program or similar future programs.
I am at least eighteen (18) years old and have full legal authority to transfer these rights to Beaulux Productions, LLC or I am under eighteen (18) and my parent or guardian has read and accepted these terms for me. I am not under thirteen (13) years old.
I agree that I have been diagnosed with MS, or that I am the parent/caregiver of a minor child with MS, or that I am a child of a parent/caregiver with MS, or that I provide assistance to persons diagnosed with MS.
I am a resident of the United States.
All submissions to “The Naked Dream" are reviewed. Beaulux Productions, LLC reserves the right to reject any entry without notification. Beaulux Productions, LLC will notify those whose stories have been accepted into the program.
All applications must be received before January 1, 2009. Applications are confidential and will be reviewed by the grant committee. Recipients of the grant funds will be notified by the fifteenth (15th) of each month throughout 2009 and will receive the funds within four (4) to six (6) weeks.
The amount of the monetary award is based off of the total amount of calendars sold by January 1, 2009. The amount of each grant will be announced on January 15, 2009 along with the first recipient of “The Naked Dream” program.
